هيلين كيلر مواليد 27 يونيو 1880 - 1 يونيو 1968. أديبة ومحاضرة وناشطة أمريكية، وهي تعتبر إحدى رموز الإرادة الإنسانية، حيث إنها كانت فاقدة السمع والبصر، واستطاعت أن تتغلب على إعاقتها وتم تلقيبها بمعجزة الإنسانية لما قاومته من إعاقتها حيث أن مقاومة تلك الظروف كانت بمثابة معجزة.
